Our manufacturing facility is at Haut de L'Orme, La Rue de Haut de L'Orme, Trinity, Jersey JE3 5FP. We produce ophthalmic lenses in almost any prescription on-site and generally we can make more than 95% of orders within 1 day of receipt.
Our management and staff have more than 60 years combined experience in the optical industry.
Our Philosophy
The market in optical goods is increasingly competitive. The major players in the market, with multiple retail outlets, expend vast sums on TV and media advertising, to entice customers with their latest headline 'offer'. They can pay for this promotional activity because the profit margins on the products which they sell are very very high, and because in reality most customers succumb to the 'hard sell' and spend much more money than the 'headline offer' indicated that they needed to.
Having extensive experience in High Street optical retailing ourselves, we believe that the time has come to remove the 'pressure' and the 'hard sell' from purchasing eyewear.
Our philosophy is simple - a large range of products - a simple low price - and a satisfaction guarantee. Combined with our state of the art manufacturing facility, our experienced staff, and our exceptional customer service, we aim to offer our customers a truly surprising shopping experience - and we are confident that they will in turn recommend our service to their friends and family.

Products are marketed by Onespecs (Jersey) Limited and sold and fulfilled by Optical Services (Jersey) Limited.
All prices include any applicable VAT for UK customers. Other EU customers will not be charged VAT and may have to pay import VAT to the postman.
A valid prescription is required to purchase prescription glasses, and for legal reasons we cannot supply glasses to persons under 16 or to those registered blind or partially sighted.
If you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fill out our contact form, and we will issue a returns number. Upon receipt of the products from you in a saleable condition we will refund the original amount paid. Please note that return postal costs are your responsibility. We cannot entertain refunds in respect of products received by us more than 14 days after original despatch.

When you create an account with us, we retain information about you: your name, your address and other contact information, and details of any previous purchases (including prescription details provided by you).
Because we retain this data, you can track the progress of your order online, your future shopping experience is simplified, and you can store prescription details and purchase optical products for other members of your family within your own profile if you wish.
Each account requires a unique email address.
Should you not wish to register immediately, if you do so on a subsequent occasion all orders placed using your email address will be assigned as having been made by you and will be available to view within your account profile
